Omegon's AC 70/700 AZ-2: an achromatic 70/700 refractor on an alt-azimuth mount with a 1.25-inch eyepiece holder, assembled without tools, with a stated maximum of 140x.
Seventy millimeters at 700 mm is f/10. A slow achromat keeps the violet fringe of a two-element lens faint, and simple eyepieces work at their best. That suits the Moon, Jupiter, Saturn and double stars.
Omegon gives a maximum of 140x, twice the aperture in millimeters, and says the 70 mm collects 36% more light than a 60 mm. Both are honest numbers.
The eyepiece holder is 1.25 inches (31.75 mm), so any standard eyepiece, filter or Barlow fits. The listing says it assembles without tools.

A slow achromat shows little of the violet fringe that fast ones do, so the Moon and Jupiter look clean. Simple eyepieces work well at f/10.
