The bottom line A properly coated metal Plössl whose own listing cannot settle its field, and oversells it either way.
Fifty degrees in the title, about fifty-two in the fourth bullet. Both describe the same eyepiece. The gap is not large, and an advertisement that contradicts itself about its headline optical figure is worth recording.
Fully multi-coated: every air-to-glass surface, several layers. On a four-element design that is four surfaces treated, and it is the top of the four-rung ladder. It is the specification that most separates this from the cheapest Plössls.
The third bullet calls it “the widest field of view”. A Plössl at fifty-odd degrees is the classic middle of the range; wide-field eyepieces start at sixty and go well beyond. The build quality claims are more defensible than the field claim.
Divide your telescope’s focal length by eight. On a 1000 mm telescope that is 125x — a good planetary magnification. Eye relief on an 8 mm Plössl is short, and the fold-down eyecup helps rather than solves.

The title and a bullet in the same listing disagree. The difference is small in practice and the inconsistency is worth noting: this page prints both rather than choosing.
No. Fifty-odd degrees is the classic Plössl figure; wide-field designs reach 60, 68 and 82 degrees. The maker’s phrase overstates what this layout does.
