Everything in this kit is 0.965-inch (24.5 mm): four eyepieces of 4, 6, 12.5 and 20 mm, a Barlow and a 90-degree diagonal. That older size was common on department-store telescopes; modern telescopes take 1.25-inch eyepieces, which this kit will not fit. See eyepiece barrel diameters.
Two factors for one Barlow
The title says a 3x Barlow; the bullet describing it says 2x. CelticBird does not reconcile them. Check the marking on the part when it arrives.
What it does
It brings an older telescope back into use. On a 700 mm refractor: 35x, 56x, 117x and 175x, more with the Barlow, though the 4 mm already exceeds what a small aperture can use.

What observers ask about this one
How do I know if my telescope is 0.965-inch?
Measure the outside diameter of an eyepiece barrel: 24.5 mm (0.965 in) or 31.75 mm (1.25 in). Department-store telescopes of past decades often used 0.965; nearly everything sold today uses 1.25. See [eyepiece barrel diameters](/standards/eyepiece-barrel-diameters/).
Is the Barlow 2x or 3x?
The listing says both: 3x in the title, 2x in the bullet that describes it. Expect one or the other, and check the marking on the part.
Should I upgrade instead?
If the telescope has a 0.965-inch focuser, a 0.965-to-1.25-inch hybrid diagonal opens it to modern eyepieces. If not, this kit keeps it working.
