The bottom line A wider, better-built eyepiece than the Plössls beside it — and it does not publish the figure that would justify its price.
Six elements, sixty degrees
That combination is the step above a Plössl: more glass, a wider field, and a design that keeps eye relief usable at short focal lengths. Celestron states the element count and the field, both of which are real figures.
The cold-weather details
A twist-up rubber eyecup that sets eye position repeatably, and a knurled rubber grip the maker says can be used with gloves. Those sound trivial until the first February session, when a smooth metal barrel becomes impossible to turn.
The missing number
Eye relief. A six-element design is bought in large part for it, and this listing never gives a figure. For a spectacle wearer that omission is the difference between usable and not.
Twelve millimetres, in practice
On a 900 mm telescope, 75x. On a 1500 mm Maksutov, 125x. Both are useful planetary magnifications, and the 60-degree field makes either comfortable on a mount that does not track.

What observers ask about this one
What do six elements buy over four?
A wider apparent field and, usually, longer and more consistent eye relief across the range. The cost is more air-to-glass surfaces, which is why the fully multi-coated claim matters here more than on a Plössl.
Is 60 degrees noticeably wider than 50?
Yes. It is the difference between an object sitting in a porthole and one sitting in a field. On an undriven mount it also means longer between nudges.
