Two room projectors: what actually differs?
Both are decorative lamps. Neither projects a real constellation, and this site says so on every page of this shelf rather than letting the category name imply otherwise. What differs is the number of colours, the sound and Bluetooth functions, and whether there is a timer.

The one with more to play with. Fifteen colours, fifteen sleep sounds, Bluetooth audio and three projection modes, all on a radio remote that does not need line of sight. The maker also admits a limitation — green cannot be projected on its own — which is more candour than this shelf usually offers.
The one that turns itself off. A timer from half an hour to four hours with a cancel button is the function that matters most in a bedroom, and it is the only one of the two to publish it. Neither publishes a light source, a brightness or a room size.
No. They project patterns and colour, not a map of the sky. A planisphere does the job these are sometimes bought for, and this site keeps the two apart.

A laser gives sharper points and is subject to different regulations; an LED gives a softer, more diffuse field. Neither of these listings says which it uses.
