The bottom line A digital microscope with a modest telescope attachment — genuinely interesting for a child, and not an astronomical instrument.
A hand-held digital microscope with a claimed 1000x, eight LEDs and a screen, plus a 10x telescope lens that clips on. The microscope is the substantial half. The telescope function is a bonus, and the maker’s own note — that it needs three metres or more — places it firmly in the realm of birds and rooftops.
At the boundary. Everything else in this family points at the sky; this one points at a leaf. It is listed here because it is sold as a children’s telescope, and it is described honestly for the same reason.
A great deal, if the interest is the natural world. Recording to a card, eight LEDs at three brightness levels, USB charging and a fifteen-minute auto shut-off make it a workable field tool for a seven-year-old.
An astronomical instrument. Ten times magnification will show the Moon as a small bright disc and nothing else, and the device is better judged on what its microscope half does.

Not usefully. Ten times magnification with a small objective is a hand-lens level of performance, and the listing itself frames the telescope function as bird watching. The microscope is the real instrument here.
It is the maker saying outright that the telescope attachment will not focus closer than that. It is also a useful reminder of what class of device this is.
