The bottom line A second themed spyglass with the same optics and the same honest framing — bought for the theme, not the view.
The listing describes it as suitable for collectors, for role play, for decoration and for outdoor fun. That framing is accurate, and it is the reason this page does not compare it with the monoculars above on brightness or field.
Twenty-five times on thirty millimetres. The exit pupil is 1.2 mm, which means a dim image and an eye position that has to be exactly right. In good daylight, at a distance, braced against a fence, it will show something. At night it will show the Moon.

Both are 25x30 collapsible sets with a compass and a map, from different sellers and with different references. The optical arithmetic is identical; the finish, contents and warranty differ in detail.
Not without a waveband, and not as a judgement of the whole instrument. A prism may transmit well while the overall design limits what reaches the eye. It is reported as the maker states it.
