The bottom line A well-equipped entry set whose own advertising cannot agree on its two most important numbers.
The title of this listing gives 70 mm of aperture and 400 mm of focal length. A bullet further down the same listing gives 700 mm of focal length and 90 mm of aperture. Those are three different instruments. Nothing here resolves it, because the only reliable source is the figure printed on the tube itself and the manual in the box.
Both figures feed everything else. Focal length sets magnification with any eyepiece and sets the framing; aperture sets light grasp and the resolution ceiling. A set advertised as 20x to 333x is quoting a range built on numbers the listing cannot hold steady.

Read the tube. Whatever the printed aperture and focal length turn out to be, they are the pair this site would publish, and every eyepiece decision follows from them.

The title says 70 mm and 400 mm; a bullet in the same listing says 90 mm aperture and 700 mm focal length. Those cannot all be true. This page reproduces both and settles neither.
It is a large step, and it is the part of the advertised magnification range doing most of the work. What it delivers depends on the real focal length, which is the figure in dispute here.
