The silver outer

It reflects sunlight rather than absorbing it, so the telescope underneath does not heat through the afternoon. That matters at nightfall: a warm instrument takes an hour or more to reach ambient, and until it does the image boils.

The honest limit

The maker frames it for short periods outdoors or garage storage — not as a permanent outdoor cover. That is a modest claim, and modest claims are usually the accurate ones.

The base strap

A strap underneath closes the bottom so wind cannot get beneath the cover. That is the mechanism that keeps a cover on a telescope through a gusty night, and it is the point at which cheap covers fail.

Availability

German and Italian Amazon stores ran from 14 € to 19 € on the day of the survey.

British Amazon store lists it in local currency, which the euro range above sets aside.
